It's made from a lovely white clay with tiny dark speckles. It has splashes of a bobbly white glaze on the exterior that for some reason feels uniquely Australian to me. Other parts of the exterior are left unglazed so that you can enjoy the loveliness of this beautiful clay. The interior is glazed in a clear glaze.
